Automatic document classification and validation

Upload a steel cutting certificate, a keel laying confirmation, a sea trial report. Marintel's AI identifies the document type, extracts key data, and validates it against the build contract and vessel particulars. Mismatches surface immediately — before the owner or bank sees them.

Refund guarantees, class certificates, and statutory certificates all carry expiry dates. Marintel tracks them and alerts your documentation team before they lapse — so you are never caught with an expired document at a critical build stage.

Signed closing artifacts at delivery

At the moment the vessel is delivered, Marintel issues four signed artifacts: Closing Certificate, Ownership Snapshot, Audit Log Export, and Validation Reports. The owner's bank can verify them independently. Your yard's compliance record is sealed and transferable.

Reusable yard document set

Your yard's corporate documents — certificates of incorporation, board resolutions, powers of attorney, classification society agreements — are stored once and reused across every hull. No rebuilding the same pack for every new owner.

- Sea trial programme uploaded (NB-6). Marintel validates against the technical specification schedule. Class surveyor attendance confirmed.
- Sea trial report uploaded and accepted. Delivery preparation begins: Builder's Certificate, PODA, statutory certificates assembled in the NB-7 closing workflow.
- Closing Certificate issued at delivery. Ownership ledger writes. Owner acknowledges.

Delivered hull in warranty
- Warranty period active (NB-8). Owner raises a warranty claim — supporting correspondence and inspection reports uploaded to the data room.
- Yard documentation team responds within the platform.
- Full audit trail of the warranty exchange is retained with the vessel's permanent record.
